About Me
With more than three decades at the crossroads of science, business, and innovation, I have built a career spanning Fortune 50 companies and startups in the U.S. and abroad—always driven by a commitment to advancing patient care and enhancing the customer experience.
My leadership journey has taken me from C-suite boardrooms to project teams around the world, where I’ve driven breakthroughs including bringing billion-dollar therapies to market, reviving flagging businesses, crafting transformative programs, and forging partnerships that elevated healthcare on a global scale. I have presented to audiences in over five countries and audiences greater than 5,000.
As Founder and Principal of Intelluvia LLC, I partner with biotech CEOs to help them navigate inflection points to unlock transformative growth. I specialize in deal-making, having led acquisitions over $400 million and licensing transactions of over one billion dollars, both in the U.S. and internationally, in which trust is essential to execute any agreement.
My educational background includes holding an MBA from the University of Minnesota and having completed executive leadership programs from Harvard Business School and Wharton.
Beyond the corporate area, I serve on boards of foundations and charities, have coached youth sports for over a decade, and led Boys Scout high adventure expeditions. I am proud to be a husband and father of three.
